Larry and Nancy Snyder
have worked at the Rochester L'Abri since 1988. They previously worked for 17 years with L'Abri in Switzerland. Larry has an undergraduate degree in history and a graduate degree in theology from Covenant Seminary in St Louis. Nancy has a nursing degree. For the past 13 years they have headed up the Rochester L'Abri Conferences and Larry is the director of the Rochester L'Abri.

Jock and Alison McGregor
have worked at the Rochester L'Abri for the past 10 years. They met at Swiss L'Abri in the early 80's when Jock was on staff there. They also worked for ten years with L'Abri in England. Jock, who grew up in Africa, has a B.Sc undergraduate degree and a M.Div. from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. Jock has lectured widely on many topics that bear on the relationship between Christianity and contemporary culture. Alison, who is Australian, worked in computing for 3M Australia before joining Jock in the ministry of L'Abri.
